Intellectual Property rights determine the originator of all creative works retains perpetual rights to its use and distribution. Inappropriate use of content outside of the standard terms of contract may lead to prosecution. Clients can purchase full rights to source files and other I.P. if required.

Broadcast and long-form projects generally include supply of the finished source files unless stated otherwise. Editing or modifying those files is strictly prohibited unless previously agreed in writing. General projects, free of charge or special rate work do not include supply of source files. Links to the work are provided so the work may be used freely and shared online.

Temporary use of original media files must be agreed in writing unless the work was commissioned and paid for. Original copyright files are supplied for a limited period and for a specific use agreed in advance and may not be transferred to any third party, uploaded to social media, copied, edited or modified. Downloaded files should be deleted when no longer required within the agreed period of use. The original producer/copyright owner reserves the right to withdraw any usage agreement at their discretion.”

Our work only includes original and licensed assets. This means you will not receive annoying copyright claims from YouTube or receive additional charges when publishing our work online. Original audio may not be extracted and used in other work.

In order to film on-location, we will need explicit permission from the land or property owner and also permission from all members of staff who will be actively taking part in the filming. Participants may be asked to sign release forms before the finished work can be released to the client. In public places, we do not need permission from passers-by who may appear in shots. Placing a booking implies you have pre-arranged necessary permissions at all specified venues.

Most projects are agreed on a 50/50 basis with the deposit due at the time of booking and the balance due either on completion or prior to the shoot, depending on the genre of work. Some projects require full payment in advance. Job-specific terms will be specified in the quote supplied.

We accept bank transfers as standard with the option of cash or debit/credit cards. A small fee applies for card payments. We do not accept American Express.

Editing and all other creative decisions are made at our discretion unless the client supplies specific edit guidelines in advance of the work. Remote collaborative editing processes are available if requested in advance. Errors will be corrected for no additional charge. Creative or content-based changes will be chargeable at an hourly rate unless included in the original quote.

Additional charges will apply if a contract cannot be completed within the original time frame agreed in the project quotation due to client-side delays. Additional charges will apply if content changes are requested that fall beyond the scope of the original agreement.

All style and content guidelines including fonts, logos, music, tone and mood can be accommodated if supplied in advance of work commencing. Adding new branding requirements mid-project may incur additional charges.

All production work is non-refundable unless natural occurrences (force majeure) or other circumstances beyond our control prevent fulfilment of any service contract agreed in advance. In this instance, liability will be limited to the value of the job quote/contract supplied.

Disc manufacture and printing work is contracted to a third-party. Should any disc develop a fault within 14 days, please contact us to arrange a free replacement. Exchanges will not be possible after the initial 14-day period.

We are set up to provide a complete service from concept to completion, minimising any need for our client to commit time or resources. If a client wishes to choose to control or contribute to their project, that's fine too.
